Refund Policy 

At The House of Music, we understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle refunds: 

1. Lesson Refunds: 

   • Refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. 

   • Prepaid lesson packages are eligible for pro-rated refunds based on the number of lessons completed. 

2. Piano Tuning Services: 

   • Piano tuning services are non-refundable once completed. 

3. Special Circumstances: 

   • Refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Our goal is to ensure fairness and transparency, while maintaining the quality and integrity of our services.
